Overview
Western Serbia offers breathtaking landscapes, including “The House on the Drina,” an isolated log house on a river stone. A scenic train ride on the famous Sargan Eight will enhance your journey through this picturesque region.
- 🚂 The tour includes a two and a half hour ride to “The House on the Drina.”
- 🌄 The Sargan Eight scenic train operates only from April to November and provides fabulous views over Mokra Gora.
- 🍽 After visiting Mećavnik (Drvengrad), a meal is included during the trip.
- ⚠️ The entire experience involves multiple viewpoints, but be prepared for travel times and limited operational months for the train.
- 🚌 Return transportation to Belgrade is included, with arrival late in the afternoon.

We will spend 2.5 hours on the mini train and enjoy the wonderful scenery along the way.（The train operate only from April to November. Sargan 8 scenic train only operates from April 1st to October 31st each year, you will not be able to take the train at other times. As compensation for not being able to take the train, we will take you on a tour of Rača Monastery, the oldest in the Tara Mountains, and learn about the ancient history of the area while admiring the scenery along the way.）
