Overview
In an old farmhouse in the hills of Sorrento, you will meet a skilled cheesemaker, Nonna Luisa, who will guide you through an authentic experience of making typical Italian mozzarella and give you a short tour of the farm. Next, you will meet Martina, who will reveal the secrets of traditional Sorrentine cuisine. We will prepare a mozzarella appetizer, a fresh pasta dish and a dessert, based on the products available on the farm. Finally, you will taste these dishes on a terrace overlooking the Gulf of our beloved Sorrento.

We will meet in Via Fuori mura 3, 80067 - Sorrento (Hotel Plaza Sorrento) 15 minutes before the start of the lesson and we will reach the structure together.

After washing your hands, you will learn the art of turning milk into warm, delicious mozzarella.
Cooking class
We will now immerse ourselves in the culinary world of Sorrento, cooking an appetizer with previously prepared mozzarella, a first course of fresh pasta and a dessert.
Lunch
Once the cooking class is finished, you can enjoy your creations on the terrace overlooking the Gulf of Naples.

At the end of lunch, you will be taken back to the meeting point.
