1) International Driving Permit (1949 Geneva Convention) + Home country license + Passport, OR

2) Valid Japanese Driver's License, OR

3) Valid license from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, or Taiwan + Official Japanese Translation + Passport, OR

4) SOFA License for US Forces Japan + Military ID.
