From Bologna Piazza Malpighi take bus n 94 or 671 direction Bazzano and get off at Ceretolo Vivaldi bus stop.
From Bologna Central train station, at west platform, take the train direction Vignola and get off at Casalecchio Palasport.
Then it is a 5 mins walk. I can come to pick you up if you need.

We will prepare gelati, granita, and sorbetti in my kitchen, and during preparations I will tell you about the history, the methods and the curiosities of italian gelato.
At the end you will learn how to degustate gelato and how to recognize a good quality gelato, and you can take home the remaning leftover.
