KuusijarviThis excursion takes place 30 minutes outside of Helsinki. Your guide will pick you up and drive you into the wonderful forests of Finland. The walk is easy-going yet it has a couple of hills and steep steps to the lunch location. You will spend 3.5 hours in the national park including a 1 hour lunch break in the middle. This is a great time to enjoy the magical scenery of the national park and explore the nearby lake and forest. After the lunch you will hike back and get ready for the sauna. (The total walking distance is 6km.) The sauna part will last around one hour. This will give you enough time to have multiple breaks to swim, cool down, and sweat! After the sauna, you can take a shower and change into fresh clothing for the ride back to Helsinki. Your guide will drop you off refreshed and recharged at the original pick-up point at 5:00-5:30 P.M. -- Dedicated to sustainability, our tour proudly carries the Sustainable Travel Finland label and Green Activities certificate.
