Start your day with an experience that combines the tranquility of nature, the gastronomy of Naxos, and an introduction to two key treasures of the Cycladic diet: honey and extra virgin olive oil.

The experience begins with a walk through the Estate’s olive groves and paths, among trees cultivated for centuries. You will learn about olive varieties, their characteristics, organic cultivation methods, and the role of olive oil in the Mediterranean diet.

You will then wear protective equipment and, together with Manolis — co-owner of the Estate and beekeeper — visit the apiary.
Observing the bees at work, you will discover their essential role in biodiversity, crop sustainability, and the health of vineyards and olive trees.

The experience continues at the old farmhouse, where a guided tasting of the Estate’s olive oil and honey takes place.

The morning ritual culminates in a signature farm-to-table breakfast, set against the mountainous landscape, prepared from the Estate’s produce and selected ingredients from small local producers, shaped by seasonality.
