Welcome and brief introduction to the culture of mezcal. Guided tour of the history, regions and processes of making mezcal. Presentation of different types of artisan mezcales (depending on availability). Step-by-step guided tasting to identify unique aromas, flavors and notes. Explanation of the differences between young mezcals, rested and different agaves. Tips to taste and enjoy mezcal like an expert. Free time for questions, comments and coexistence with the host. Option to try a house cocktail based on mezcal (according to package).
