Assisted by a local bilingual chef, use professional level ingredients to create your own version of Osaka's famous Okonomiyaki pancake completely from scratch, you will also discover the secrets of hand-made udon noodles and prepare 'yakitori' skewers with our signature sauce. Match your creations with local beer, sake or green tea and enjoy a truly unique local experience!
