Let the soothing aroma calm your senses. Next, meditate in zazen meditation, guided by the serene atmosphere of the temple. 15 minutes x 2 sets. Feel the stress of your journey melt away as you focus on your breathing and the present moment. After meditation, enjoy matcha green tea and original Japanese sweets. Savor the rich flavors and textures that blend into the serenity of the temple. Wear a simple yukata during the experience and experience authentic Japanese culture. We will take your pictures with our smart phone.
