Staff members dressed in kimono will warmly welcome you.
Our staff will explain the history and origins of the temple and zazen, as well as how to worship, using guidebooks and videos.
First, a moment of worship and incense. Let the soothing aroma calm your senses. Next, meditate in zazen meditation, guided by the serene atmosphere of the temple. 15 minutes x 2 sets.Feel the stress of your journey melt away as you focus on your breathing and the present moment.
About the treatment.
First, the facial. Matcha packs are very popular for whitening and （moisturizing.Matcha facial can be changed to foot bath and scrub massage for free.）
A full-body oil spa using your favorite essential oil and a bamboo stick to approach the myofascia. This will help relieve stiffness.
Finally, tea ceremony and Japanese sweets.
