MiyajimaFor those who selected with lunch option, we will have Okonomiyaki in Miyajima Island. Hiroshima Okonomiyaki is a regional variation of the classic Japanese savory pancake. Unlike the Osaka style, where all ingredients are mixed together, Hiroshima's version layers the ingredients. A base of batter is cooked on a griddle, followed by a generous portion of shredded cabbage, pork, and noodles. The dish is then topped with okonomiyaki sauce, bonito flakes, and a drizzle of mayonnaise. It's a flavorful and satisfying dish, beloved by locals and visitors alike. We also have vegetarian Okonomiyaki which does not containds pork nor bonito flakes. Please request when you make a booking. We do not have vegan, halal, gluten free lunch so please select "Without lunch" and bring your own lunch or you can also have a free time at Miyajima while we have lunch.
