You will be joining a traditional Sri Lankan cooking class with a chef that has more than 30 years experience of cooking. We have a small Family Restaurant Business. The chef is passionate to teach and to share the experience on how Sri Lankan meals are cooked and allow you to experience a delicious meal after the lesson.They also speak fluent English and will be guiding you during this amazing class.You will be in an open kitchen with a nice jungle view so you will be able to see monkeys.birds.etc..
We have two session per a day.Before the class we will go to fish and vegetable market to choose what you like to cook and then we will make a dish with five vegetables plus fish or chicken depending on your preference.
