The centuries-old Kampong Ayer is dubbed as "Venice of the East" by Venetian Antonio Pigafetta who sail to Brunei with Ferdinand Magellan's flagship "Victoria" in 1521. Visit a local house with light refreshment before heading to the mangrove.
- Located at the calm and peaceful Luba Island, is the mausoleum of Sultan Husain Kamaluddin, Brunei's 16th Sultan. The only Sultan to have ruled twice and abdicate twice. Ruled from 1710 to 1730 and took over the throne again in 1737-1740. (pass by)
