as soon as you arrive you will start preparing the ingredients
all from scratch nothing pre-cooked, or pre-cut
Fresh and seasonal products will be used
You will also learn how to make the best use of kitchen tools such as knives, blenders, robots and so on
The chosen menu will include 3 types of meatballs and 3 accompanying sauces
To complete the course we will also make the bread or focaccia that goes with your meatballs

The food will be a lot so if you dedicate it, we will prepare delivery boxes! so you can also enjoy the day after your creations
