The Great wall of JiankouYour profession hiking guide will pick you up at departure point at 8:30am. After about 2 hours driving, you will arrive the Xishanzi village in Huairou county. Walk across the village and hike for about 1 hour, then you will approach the Due North Tower of Jiankou Great Wall. As climbing the tower, look towards the west, you will have a breathtaking view of Jiankou section. When look to the east side, you will see the Niujijiaobian, which is amazing. After hiking another 40 minutes, you will arrive at the Niujijiaobian. This section of Great Wall is steep and dangerous, with small stones falling all the time. You shall divert this section and go back on the Great Wall after 15 minutes walking on a path instead. On the road, you will break, and you will be offered some free snack from the tour guide.

Mutianyu Great WallKeep hiking for another 30 minutes, you finally reach the Mutianyu No.23 Tower where the renovated Great Wall begins. At the end there is a slide rail, and you will continue hiking for 4 to 5 hours from here. After finishing hiking, you will have lunch meal near in a local Chinese restaurant near by Mutianyu Great Wall.
