It all started when tracing the “Mansaf” – Lamb with Yogurt in the remote villages back from the Great Arab Revolt, and as a response the local Jordanian villagers would make all sorts of unheard dishes; the number of dishes reached 25, Jordan Heritage decided to document the Jordanian cuisine. Five years later, Jordan Heritage had amassed 95 dishes from all corners and cultural groups of Jordan to the taste of all.
We invite you to book this amazing food experience where “arak” - anise flavored alcoholic drink will be added to your meal, offered with indulgent flavors from all regions in Jordan: from the south to the north, from the farmers to the Bedouins corners; that include authentic Jordanian dishes and real homemade spices, cooked by local women of the community in Jordan.
