We will meet at the corner of beach 67th and beach front rd, near the containers.
We will start with warm ups, light yoga and stretching. Then we will go over water safety, surf etiquette, and we’ll practice how to stand up on the surfboard which is known as the “pop up” technique. After, we will practice reading the waves and catching them to surf.
