This is a unique opportunity to cook with a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. Maia (or someone from her team) will teach you to prepare 2 authentic Vietnamese dishes from scratch. She will teach you to cook some of her favorite Vietnamese foods which you will later enjoy along with a few dishes that she will have prepared in advance. Your hands-on cooking lesson will last about 1.5 - 2 hours.
