This is what you're going to do:
- everybody has a cooking station
- 3 recipes: Amatriciana, Carbonara and cacio e pepe
- everybody will make this 3 recipes and everybody will eat what they've done
- water and wine included
- the class is open to local italians guests and foreigners tourists are welcome too
- the chef is able to talk italian and fluent english in order to explain to everybody... by the way it's an hands-on experience, more work less talk
