Enjoy a session that serves as a bridge between overseas guests who want to connect with locals and Japanese people who wish to practice speaking English.
After yoga, take the opportunity to gather for lunch or dinner, relax, and connect with others. We can also share travel experiences—where you've been in Japan or local recommendations! I will arrange an organic restaurant with high-quality organic food, perfect for post-yoga nourishment.
Traveling is exciting but can also be exhausting, so why not take some time to release all the tension? :)
