  • Shamakhi
We begin the morning in the ancient city of Shamakhi, where you'll enjoy a traditional Azerbaijani breakfast in true countryside style. Expect scream-eggs with tomatoes (a local favorite cooked over an open flame), freshly baked tandoor bread, cheese, honey, butter, cream, and piping hot tea. Simple, soulful, and deeply authentic.
  • Ismailly
As we make our way to Sheki, we’ll take a break in the lush forests of Ismayilli for a tea stop with a local delicacy known as “Three Ears.” Nestled among the trees and mountains, this peaceful setting offers a true taste of the Caucasus — where every breath is filled with the scent of nature and every sip connects you to the land.
  • Sheki Karvansaray
On the Great Silk Way connecting East Asia with the Mediterranean in antiquity and in the Middle Ages, there were caravanserais - hotels for merchants. Feel like a traveler of the distant past, because the next stop will be the caravanserai in Sheki, built in the 17th century.
  • Sheki
During this tour, you will also visit a number of old shops, where you can not only buy Sheki silk, souvenirs, dishes, jewelry and much more, but also taste Sheki sweets, which are famous not only for their unique taste, but also for their elegance. after all, these masterpieces of cooking are the work of entire generations of Sheki halva masters, transmitting the manufacturing technique for centuries.
  • Palace of Shaki Khans
The next stop on this tour will be the Palace of Sheki Khans, built in the 18th century. The windows of the palace represent the architectural style of the shebeke, which will amaze you with multi-colored glass embedded in the most complex ornaments, in the assembly of which no glue or nail was used.
  • Abad Ceramics And Applied Art Center
Our journey continues to ABAD, a vibrant hub of traditional arts and crafts. Here, you’ll see skilled artisans shaping pottery, painting, and crafting by hand — a place where cultural heritage comes alive through daily creativity and timeless techniques.
  • You’ll witness the intricate craft of shebeke — a centuries-old Sheki art form where tiny pieces of colored glass are precisely fitted into delicate wooden patterns, all without glue or nails. It’s a mesmerizing technique, carefully preserved and handed down through generations of local masters.
  • Sheki
Stroll through the winding stone lanes of Yukhari Bash, Sheki’s historical quarter. With its preserved homes, vintage street lamps, and timeless charm, this area captures the essence of the city's rich merchant heritage and old-world atmosphere.
  • Sheki
Take in sweeping views of Sheki from Highland Park, perched on a scenic hilltop. Here, alongside the World War II Memorial, the beauty of nature blends with quiet reflection and a deep sense of history.
  • Sheki
For lunch, savor Sheki’s signature dish — Piti. This traditional stew, made with tender lamb, chickpeas, and fragrant spices, is slow-cooked in individual clay pots for hours, delivering a rich, soulful taste that captures the essence of the region’s culinary heritage.
  • Church of Kish
Our journey concludes in the picturesque village of Kish, where you’ll find one of the most ancient Christian churches in the Caucasus. Tucked away in the mountains, this spiritual landmark — considered the first Christian temple in the region — preserves the legacy of Caucasian Albania and offers a peaceful glimpse into its sacred past.
