Arrive at the shop at least 30 minutes before your selected time slot.
Arrive at the meeting location 30 minutes before your selected time slot, so that you may find representatives of the shop and be introduced to your English-speaking ski/snowboard instructor.
You'll be placed in a group based on your age and skiing/snowboard level.
