Before heading to the stable, you'll learn the hidden history, rituals, and essential etiquette of sumo to ensure you experience the practice like a true insider.

This is no tourist show—it’s a heart-pounding, authentic glimpse into the unwavering discipline and raw energy of professional 'Asageiko' (morning training). 【Important note: Tournament Period】 During the Grand Sumo Tournament (approx. 2 weeks in Jan, May, Sept), practice starts 30 mins earlier and viewing time is about 1 hour.
