Learn three different ways to open phyllo:
With a rolling pin (traditional and grounding)
With bare hands (instinctive and fluid)
The “sunray” local shortcut (easy, clever, and stress-free)
You’ll try them all and naturally discover which one feels right for you.
Choose your filling.
You’ll select from ten Greek-inspired fillings based on vegetables and cheese—simple, balanced, and flexible. You can keep it classic or create your own mix. Extra feta and caramelized onions are always welcome additions.
Relax while it bakes.
During this time, you’ll enjoy:
