Hi, I'm Aki! I'm a Japanese mom who loves cooking and meeting people from around the world. As a former backpacker and mother of three, I enjoy sharing Japanese culture in a warm and personal way.
In this class, I’ll show you how to make ramen and gyoza from scratch using fresh, natural ingredients—no MSG or artificial flavorings. We’ll knead the noodles, prepare a rich broth, and create delicious homemade dumplings together.
Our cooking takes place in a quiet, cozy kitchen on the top floor of a building near Shinjuku Gyoen. It's a peaceful retreat in the heart of Tokyo, just minutes from beautiful gardens and the vibrant shopping streets of Shinjuku.
