Experience the rich taste of aged brandies, some as old as 15 or 25 years, and even a 50-year-old brandy drawn directly from the barrel. These spirits are paired with handmade tapas to enhance your tasting experience.
Immerse yourself in the world of local artisanal spirit production, with a special emphasis on the traditional solera ageing process. You'll gain a deeper understanding of how these spirits are made, right down to the centuries-old barrels used in their maturation.
