This is a fully hands-on experience where you will actively take part in preparing a complete Greek menu using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques. A highlight of the class is learning how to stretch and roll handmade phyllo pastry for a classic Greek pie, a skill rarely taught in most cooking classes.
Together, you will prepare 6 traditional dishes, which may include tzatziki, stuffed vine leaves (dolmadakia), Greek salad, a homemade pie with hand-rolled phyllo, a seasonal main such as moussaka, pastitsio, chicken with lemony potatoes or gyros, and a traditional dessert such as baklava rolls.
The class is designed to be fully hands-on while keeping a smooth and enjoyable pace, so you can focus on the key techniques and the cooking process.
After cooking, everyone sits down together to enjoy the meal, accompanied by Greek wine and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
The class takes place in a bright cooking studio in central Athens with a nice Acropolis view and is designed as a small-group experience (maximum 16 guests), so everyone can participate actively.
