While I am young I confused that Amok original recipe belong to Thailand this confused me about 20 year, after coming in to the food class I am realized that it is 100% belong to Cambodia and it is a sign of our culture. So I am delighted to choose this menu for my class to spread out this secret of recipe. Thai Amok and Khmer Amok is a bit similar but Cambodia have its own taste signature.
We are experiences this group cooking class since 2016 and we believed that we can make you enjoyed and memorable.

Duration: 3 hours: There are two shift you can choose for your best available time morning shift start from 8AM and afternoon shift start 2PM

1. Chef Pick Up at 8AM, guest will be collect by our Executive Chef from the hotel to the starting point
2. Starting Market Tour at 9AM, guest will visit two local market ( Phsar Le Market / Central Market ) for buying vegetable / meat, ingredient for the class. In this point you can meet local food seller and learn to choose the best food options
3. Explain Food history and recipe, we choose the special signature menu for the class so Chef will briefly the history of the food and why it become our traditional food signature. Chef will also giving the recipe that movement
4. Guest practice, after explanation guest participate the class everyone will get chef assistant to help during the practice. This stage you will learned the special condition of Khmer food tactic, cook duration...so on
5. Group Lunch, the class duration will take about 2H after that guest will enjoyed the food they cooked at our restaurant
6. Group Photo, actually group photo shoot is start since the pick up point and all photo we shoot will share with guest as a gift
7. Certificate, the final activities our Chef will share the Official Cook Certificate and recipe book
