Cala LunaThis trekking gives the opportunity to reach one of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia. Our guides pick you up and manage the transfer from town to the mountains. You start the trek at the area of “Buchi arta”, where we will see some old shepherd's huts. You descend a gorge walking by giant old Juniper trees and surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub, time by time the path gives us evocative panoramas over the savage Supramonte and we arrive at the wide canyon of “Codula di Luna”. After that, the trail follows the dry river bed until we arrive at the beautiful beach of Cala Luna, famous for its beauty. There you will have time to have a well deserved lunch and a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear sea. After lunch we will hike back to the car walking on a steep path, this is the harder part of the trekking. Total duration of the trek is around 4 hours and a half For those who want to spend more time on the beach, there is the opportunity to get the harbor of Cala Gonone by boat having a nice trip in the Golfo di Orosei and making the hike less tiring.
