Church of St. Apostles Peter and PaulIt is the oldest church in Serbia. It is the place where the father of Serbian state was batized as well as his sons. This church is where the history of the Balkan region was decided. Beneath it is the treasure of an older monument dating from 5 century BC.

Djurdjevi Stupovi MonasteryOne of the first monasteries in this region, magnificent in its architectural design, unique to its time and place. This monastery is more than 8 hundred years old and has many interesting stories connected to it.

Stari Ras and SopocaniHaven't heard of the most beautiful fresco paintings from medieval Serbian period. This is the place where you find them. Monastery of Sopoćani is a magnificent place with it's vivid fresco paintings more than 6 hundred years old. Did someone tell you that the special blue color used for frescos here was made of Lapis lazulie a mineral which was as expensive as gold. Witness it yourself!

Studenica MonasteryIf you want I can take you to the Monastery Studenica. It is 1h drive from Novi Pazar. However, definitely worth visiting. However the trip is paid extra 50eu because of the long trip.
