April 15 – November 30:
We will explore Peyto Lake, Bow Lake, Columbia Icefield, and Sunwapta Falls.

December 1 – April 14:
We’ll visit Peyto Lake, Bow Lake, and the magical Abraham Lake (Ice Bubble Lake).

At Peyto Lake, enjoy the iconic wolf-head shape of this glacial lake framed by vibrant mountain peaks.

Bow Lake offers a peaceful setting with reflections of glaciers and rugged cliffs.

The majestic Columbia Icefield invites you to witness one of the largest icefields in the Rockies.

At Sunwapta Falls, feel the rush of cascading glacier-fed waters surrounded by dense alpine forest.

Abraham Lake transforms into a frozen wonder, famous for its stunning ice bubbles trapped beneath the surface. While the timing of bubble formation varies each year, January to February is typically the best season for viewing.

  • Bow Valley Parkway, a scenic route in Banff National Park, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. This picturesque drive is also a prime location for wildlife spotting, with frequent sightings of elk, deer, and sometimes even bears. As you traverse this beautiful parkway, keep an eye out for the diverse wildlife that inhabits the area, making your journey both visually stunning and wildlife-rich. (pass by)
  • Visit from 4/15~11/30 Broad U-shaped hanging valleys were formed when glacier ice receded 8000 years ago. Larger valleys were carved deeper than smaller ones and in places where the two meet, the smaller valleys "hang" at a higher elevation. This is an excellent place to find waterfalls. At Sunwapta Falls, the smaller "hanging" Chaba Valley and larger Athabasca Valley join in a spectacular stepping waterfall that has carved a deep limestone gorge out of the rock some metres below the footbridge.

  • This tour requires a minimum of 6 people to proceed. If the minimum number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the tour for that day and will inform travelers the day before departure.
  • This is a local bus tour, and you will join the tour with other travelers locally.
  • If there are not enough participants for a tour in your selected language, we will contact you to discuss joining a tour in another language.
  • Total tour duration includes travel time.
