WOOLTON PICTURE HOUSE: This lovely Art Deco styled picture house first opened in 1927 and would have been the local cinema for Paul & John to see the latest movies.

St. Peter's Church, WooltonST PETER'S CHURCH HALL, CHURCH AND GRAVEYARD: St Peters Church, where John Lennon was a choir boy, Church Hall and graveyard are a special place for all Beatle's fans to see and visit. You will see the church hall where John and Paul famously met for the first time, and you may even get the chance to step inside the hall and stand on the spot where they were first introduced. Your guide will show you around the nearby graveyard, pointing out several gravestones that are rumoured to have influenced Beatles songs including famously Eleanor Rigby. (For any Liverpool Football Club fans you can also see the gravestone of Bob Paisley-one of the most successful manager in Liverpool Football Club's history).

Strawberry FieldSTRAWBERRY FIELD: On this tour you will visit many iconic locations that inspired Beatles songs, none more so than Strawberry Field that had such an influence on the Beatles and especially on John Lennon in later life. You will have free time to visit the garden where you will see the original and famous red gates, cafe & gift shop.

VALE ROAD LIVERPOOL: On your way to see John Lennon's childhood home you will pass by the former home of probably the most famous musical matchmakers in history- Ivan Vaughan.

JOHN LENNON'S CHILDHOOD HOME: The tour will stop outside Mendips, 251 Menlove Avenue, the house where John Lennon lived there with his house-proud Aunt Mimi, in the 1950s, is a memorable experience for all Beatles fans. The house is now a National Trust property and is not part of this tour- this can only be arranged directly with the National Trust.

DAIRY COTTAGE: Dating from the 1830's and once a dairy supplying the village this pretty cottage was once a home where John Lennon lived as a small child.

Woolton VillageWOOLTON LIBRARY & BATHS: As you make your way back to the village centre you will see some great examples of victorian and Georgian buildings and houses including the old village library and baths that were once childhood haunts of John Lennon.

WOOLTON VILLAGE CLUB: As you step towards the end of your tour you will visit the Village Club in Woolton where the Quarrymen played many years ago and is still the cultural heartbeat of this vibrant village.
