The lesson will take place at your accommodation or on the beach, depending on the weather. We can meet at the agreed-upon location.

The lesson will take place at your accommodation or on the beach, depending on the weather. We can meet at the agreed-upon location.
Υoga Practice begins with breathing, followed by asanas to get a calming flow and finishes with a meditation on the mat to clear our minds. During the lesson, I offer adjustments concerning the health and fitness state. The entire experience lasts almost 1½ hours.
You can also add a Reiki healing session or a Bowen Treatment (extras).
- Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress. Through gentle touch with the palms, it helps to improve the energy flow and release energy blockages (45-minutes)
- Bowen technique consists of small moves and light pressures at specific parts of the body, focusing more on muscles and tendons with no forceful manipulation. The person may experience relief from lower back pains and other issues only after one session (30 minutes - 1 hour)
* Location: you can choose to have the lesson either at your accommodation facility or on the beach.
* The beach depends on the weather
* The experiences are suitable for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
